1. General Principle
cssHRMS is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while protecting the integrity of our platform.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
a. Trial Period
New customers are entitled to a 7-day free trial.During the trial period, no charges will be applied, and you may cancel anytime without incurring fees. No refunds are applicable for trial-period usage as it is free of charge.
b. Subscription Plans
Refund eligibility for subscription plans depends on the following factors:
1. Annual Subscriptions:
Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase for unused subscription time, minus administrative fees.Partial months of use are non-refundable.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions after payment has been processed. Customers are encouraged to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
c. Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure cancellation before the renewal date if the service is no longer neede
d. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade your subscription plan, the amount paid for the unused portion of the original plan will be prorated towards the upgraded plan. Downgrades do not qualify for refunds, and new rates will apply at the next billing cycle.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Support Email] or through the cssHRMS isupport portal.
a. Required Information
Your refund request should include: a. Name of the account holder. b. Subscription details (plan type, start date, and payment details) and c. Reason for requesting the refund.
b. Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
c. Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, cssHRMS will coordinate an alternative refund method with the customer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:a. Services have been fully utilized or consumed. b. Violations of cssHRMS’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. c. Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after initial purchase for annual plans. d. Add-ons, custom developments, or integrations tailored to the customer’s specifications.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of Casantey or ccHRMS’s policies, you will not be eligible for a refund
6. Changes to Refund Policy
Casantey and cssHRMS reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.
